Hey there! I’m Antoniya!
I’m the recipe developer and photographer behind Nutritious Plants. In addition to this creative line of work, I’m also a pharmacist, holistic nutritionist and passionate women’s health advocate.
My foodie journey began in Vancouver, Canada, where I was taking a nutrition course at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. The time spent there helped me expand my culinary horizon and learn more about different types of cuisine. I found myself more and more curious in the kitchen and started experimenting with plant-based recipes and products I haven’t tried before. At this point in time, I was already eating a plant-based diet for a couple of years to better manage my endometriosis symptoms. This is how my first food blog was born back in 2019.
This passion for cooking and recipe development inevitably lead to my interest in food styling, photography, and later on videography.
On this blog you can find plenty of easy, wholesome, plant-based recipes as well as informative blog posts on the topics of plant-based nutrition and hormone health.
